Houlder Construction has been in the construction industry since 1971. Even in those early years the company has had the “Safety First” attitude for its employees and all the surrounding workers on any of the company’s jobsites. We are pleased to be able to say that Houlder Construction has never had a major safety incident throughout its 45 years in business. With continuous training and maintaining the proper attitude towards safety, we feel that the safety trend will continue for many years.
Our priority has always been to complete projects professionally without jeopardizing the quality of work and the safety of our employees.
We maintain our quality control manual to ensure the guidelines are followed from what is listed and enforced by ABSA, the pressure equipment safety authority.

ALBERTA RATE SCHEDULE
Effective January 1st 2016
Terms:
Third party charges @ cost plus 15%.
Subsistence will be charged @ $200.00/man/day or at camp costs plus 15%.
There is a minimum 4 hour charge on labour and equipment.
Overweight and dimensional costs will be billed to client.
Equipment attachments will be charged separately.
Rate schedule subject to change without notice.
